Pandan Cake

I've always wanted to make pandan cake with beautiful and natural intense green color but i always failed. But i finally made it!!! The color was absolutely beautiful and the most important thing it's 100% natural from pandan extract.  The cake was still not perfect yet, it was a little bit holey but the taste was really good. I got recipe from here. Fortunately I live in Indonesia, which is tropical country where pandan tree could grow very well and everywhere. Next im gonna try to make pandan cake with crumble texture like red velvet cake. Wish me luck.
